Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve designed our onboarding process to be smooth, collaborative, and straightforward:

  • Step 1: Consultation
We start with a friendly chat to learn about your business, goals, and vision for your website. This helps us confirm we're a good match and outline the project scope.
  • Step 2: Lining Up the Details
Before we dive in, we’ll complete these steps:
    • Sign the Service Agreement
    • Submit a 50% deposit
    • Complete the Client Questionnaire
  • Step 3: Onboarding
We begin designing and developing your site, asking occasional follow-up questions as needed.
  • Step 4: Revisions & Feedback
You review the site and request revisions.
  • Step 5: Domain Name Setup
We help register or connect your domain, depending on your needs.
  • Step 6: Launch Day
Once the final invoice is paid, your site goes live!
  • Step 7: Ongoing Maintenance
Choose between self-management or our Managed Hosting package for continuous support.

We collect a 50% deposit when the agreement is signed. The remaining 50% is due before your site launches. Any add-ons (like hosting or domain registration) are billed at that time.

No problem! Just send us written notice at least 30 days before your next billing cycle, and we’ll take care of it.

Nope! We’ll need your input, but we’re happy to create the content for you if you prefer.

Real photos add a personal touch, but we can use high-quality stock images. For e-commerce sites, real product photos are recommended.

Possibly! We’ll evaluate your site and let you know if we’re a good fit for support.

No. You can host elsewhere and we’ll provide your site files. Just note that you’ll be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Nope! We’ll work with whatever domain you choose — we just need login access to point your site correctly.

You do. We’ll register it on your behalf, but you retain full ownership and control — always.
